Sara's Studio Story
Studio Background
I believe everyone has an artist inside them, looking to express themselves and I want to help you find your artistic voice. I am an experienced and successful artist in both the studio and in the classroom meaning you get not only taught great art techniques, but learn in a great and relaxed atmosphere with positive tuition. As a successful VCE Arts teacher I am confident that I can offer students success in both Arts Making and Exhibiting, Arts Creative Practice in both Art Practice and Appreciation.

Oil Painting
The joys of oil painting are many...the texture, the colour, the feel of the paint, Sara's Studio classes focus on the process, on your expression through technique, be it precise of free flowing. Color Theory
Get your hands dirty with a fun and interactive Color Theory class today. All students love Color Theory and feel extremely accomplished after leaving. Class sizes are kept small or one on one in order to ensure each participant gets enough attention from the instructor.
Gouache, Acrylic & Watercolour
If you’re tired of working at home without improving, try your hand at a beginners class. All these water based paints are manageable in any environment and allow you to experiment and explore. This is a brilliant introduction to painting in all its' forms.
Drawing
It might be pencil, charcoal, conte, dry or oil pastel but drawing can open your eyes to new ideas and possibilities for creation. It might be simply experimental or it might be learning how to draw just what you can see. All classes are designed to offer what you need and would like to learn.
VCE Folio Units 1 - 4
As an experienced VCE Arts teacher and examiner I can offer you surety regarding the production of your folio at each stage offering the ways of extending and heightening your final submissions. Whether you are undertaking Art Creative Practice or Arts Making & Exhibiting receive help with both the practical and theoretical elements of the course. Online or in person theory courses are offered to students

For those struggling with learning difficulties, attention deficit problems, or just wanting to learn use art as a means to develop and grow. Build self confidence, find success and feel proud!
